As Head Of Business, Jayne leads by example, very much involved at all levels. With near on 20 years experience within the market, and able to provide honest, professional and reliable advice.

Joe Bennett

Joe started his career within estate agency from leaving school, with us, as an apprentice. He learnt from the ground up, and had a solid foundation of how the industry works, benefitting from working in our busy and professional office. He then went onto to work within a corporate setting, gaining further valuable knowledge and experience.  We are so happy to have him back with us today, his role as Sales Manager sees him carrying out valuations and negotiations, acting always in the very best interest of our clients. He manages the day to day sales processes to ensure that no opportunity is missed in securing that all important buyer for our vendors at the very best price. And introducing new purchasers to their dream home!

Debbie Wilson

Debbie works relentlessly in our sales progression department and has been an estate agent for over 30 years.

Chasing the solicitors on your behalf, her hard work and commitment is the difference in you achieving a speedy completion date or not, and where possible she is able to take a lot of stress out of the buying & selling process.

Olivia Mahmood

Olivia joins us having completed her education at A level, with a firm understanding of Business Studies, Law, Information Media and Photography. A great basis, and cross section of understanding to enter into the world of estate agency with. Working within our administration department she is responsible for the property particulars and marketing. Olivia's maturity and personality allows her to cross over into sales when required as she is able to assist with viewings and general client enquiries with the very highest level of customer service.

Our busy office ensures that she has a great understanding of the industry, and what it requires to be the very best at what we do. Always happy to help, a great addition to our Ann Cordey family.

Caitlin Littlefair

Caitlin joins us new to estate agency but has a strong customer service and sales background. Having previously worked for British Airways and The Post Office in Insurance retentions. Her excellent telephone manner, people skills and confidence shine through and she has already made a great impact within our office. Her maturity, personality, high customer service levels along with genuine interest in helping people to sell or to buy their homes is a good foundation to become a great estate agent, and yet again another great addition to the Ann Cordey family!

Hollie Petty

Hollie has joined us straight from school and is currently undertaking a Business Administration apprenticeship with Darlington Borough Council. She has quickly fitted into our work family and shown great flair and the potential to become a great estate agent. She is very confident on the telephone and helps field the calls in our busy office. Her strengths lie with social media and she has a great eye for showcasing all of our properties to a very high standard, she is very organised and efficient and yet again another great find and fit for our team.
