Ann Cordey Lettings is the dedicated lettings division of Ann Cordey Estate Agents, an established independent estate agent with 30 years of experience in the Darlington property market. Built on a strong reputation for personal service, local knowledge and professional advice, our lettings service provides landlords and tenants with a reliable and straightforward approach to renting property.

Our lettings department is led by Michael Ditchburn, who brings 19 years of specialist property experience to the role. Michael works closely with landlords and tenants to ensure properties are managed efficiently and professionally.

We understand that every landlord has different requirements, whether you are letting your first property, managing an existing portfolio or looking for a more hands-off approach to property management. Our aim is to make the letting process as simple and stress-free as possible, while helping landlords protect their investment and maximise the potential of their property.
